Yoko Ono and Sean Ono Lennon have donated 50 limited edition acetate discs to charities. The 12″ acetates contain both songs from Plastic Ono Band’s debut single, ‘Give Peace A Chance’ and ‘Remember Love’. The discs are intended for the charities to sell or auction to raise funds. It follows a similar initiative in 2022, when the acetates contained ‘Happy Xmas (War Is Over)’ were given to UK charities and record stores. Copies of that disc sold at auction for up to £7,000.
